By downloading or using NoodBank ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these Terms and Apple's EULA conflict, the stricter applies.
You must be at least 18 years old to download or use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes (for example, managing your own content).
The App operates on photos and videos already in your device's library. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the legal right to possess it. You must not use the App in connection with any unlawful content, including, without limitation, any content depicting minors. The App processes images only on your device and does not transmit, review, or otherwise have access to your content.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or the App Store Terms.
The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The on-device classifier may not detect all relevant images, or may flag images incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them (for example, before hiding or deleting).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. The App does not back up your photos; you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Hiding and deleting use Apple's Photos system. Deleted items follow Apple's Recently Deleted behavior (recoverable for approximately 30 days). The App stores only local preference files; uninstalling the App removes them without affecting your photos.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
